Cancellation Policy
At Lotus Waxing, all reservations are by appointment only.
To provide the best service to all clients, we ask for your cooperation with the following cancellation policy:
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows without notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service fee.
- Cancellations made at least 1 hour before the reserved time will not incur any charge.
- If you anticipate being late or need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.
